Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Bu metin, Pundito mobil uygulamasını ve pundito.com.tr sitesini kullanırken hangi verilerin işlendiğini açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

Kısaca
- Hesap açmanız gerekmez. Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefonunuzu ya da konumunuzu istemeyiz.
- Uygulama, cihazınızda rastgele bir kimlik üretir. Sunucumuz bu kimliği ham hâliyle saklamaz; yalnızca geri döndürülemeyen (tuzlanmış SHA-256) özetini saklar.
- Yapay zekâya yalnızca herkese açık maç verisi gönderilir; sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri gönderilmez.
- Reklamlar Google AdMob ile gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca izin verirseniz kullanılır.
İşlenen veriler ve amaçları
- Topluluk oyları: Bir maç için verdiğiniz oy, cihaz kimliği özetiyle birlikte saklanır. Amaç: bir cihazın bir maçta tek oy vermesi ve topluluk sonuçlarının gösterilmesi.
- İçerik bildirimleri: Hatalı ya da uygunsuz yapay zekâ içeriğini bildirdiğinizde seçtiğiniz sebep, isteğe bağlı notunuz, dil ve cihaz kimliği özeti saklanır. Amaç: içeriği düzeltmek.
- "Haber ver" listesi: Yakında eklenecek bir spor için haber almak istediğinizde cihaz kimliği özeti ve spor saklanır.
- Analiz talepleri: "Analizi aç" dediğinizde kötüye kullanımı önlemek için cihaz kimliği özeti başına günlük talep sayısı tutulur.
- Cihazınızda kalan veriler: Dil, favori takımlar, bildirim tercihleri ve açtığınız analizler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Reklam verileri: Google AdMob, reklam göstermek ve ölçmek için reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve cihaz bilgisi gibi verileri işleyebilir. AB/İngiltere'de izin penceresi (Google UMP), iOS'ta uygulama izleme izni (ATT) gösterilir. Ayrıntılar: Google'ın politikası.
- Teknik kayıtlar: Sunucularımız güvenlik ve hata ayıklama amacıyla istek kayıtlarını (IP adresi dâhil) kısa süre tutabilir.
Hukuki sebepler
Hizmetin sunulması ve meşru menfaat (oylama, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, güvenlik); kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için açık rıza.
Aktarım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar
- Supabase (veritabanı ve sunucu fonksiyonları), sunucular Frankfurt, Almanya.
- Google AdMob (reklam) ve Google Gemini API (maç yorumları; yalnızca maç verisi gönderilir).
- API-Football ve balldontlie (maç verisi; sizinle ilgili veri gönderilmez).
Bu sağlayıcılar yurt dışında bulunabilir. Aktarım, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde ve sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme hükümleriyle yapılır.
Saklama süresi
Oylar ve bildirimler hizmet sürdükçe, analiz talep sayaçları en fazla 30 gün, teknik kayıtlar en fazla 14 gün saklanır.
Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz etme haklarınız vardır. Uygulamada Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil ile oylarınız, bildirimleriniz ve "haber ver" kayıtlarınız sunucudan, tercihleriniz cihazdan silinir. Reklam iznini Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik tercihleri'nden değiştirebilirsiniz. Diğer talepler için support@pundito.com.tr adresine yazabilirsiniz.
Yaş sınırı
Pundito 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. 18 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu metni güncellediğimizde tarih değişir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada duyururuz.

This policy explains what data is processed when you use the Pundito mobile app and the pundito.com.tr website. It is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in mind.

In short
- No account is needed. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
- The app creates a random ID on your device. Our server never stores that ID as is, only an irreversible (salted SHA-256) hash of it.
- Only public match data is sent to the AI; nothing about you is sent.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob; personalized ads are used only if you consent.
What we process and why
- Community votes: your vote on a match, stored with the hashed device ID, so that each device votes once per match and community results can be shown.
- Content reports: when you report AI content, the reason, your optional note, the language and the hashed device ID, so that we can fix the content.
- "Notify me" list: the hashed device ID and the sport you want to hear about.
- Analysis requests: a daily request count per hashed device ID when you tap "Open analysis", to prevent abuse.
- Data that stays on your device: language, favorite teams, notification settings and the analyses you opened.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may process your advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve and measure ads. A consent form (Google UMP) is shown in the EU/UK, and the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS. Details: Google's policy.
- Technical logs: our servers may briefly keep request logs (including IP addresses) for security and debugging.
Legal bases
Providing the service and legitimate interest (voting, abuse prevention, security); consent for personalized ads.
Processors and transfers
- Supabase (database and server functions), servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Google AdMob (ads) and the Google Gemini API (match write-ups; only match data is sent).
- API-Football and balldontlie (match data; no data about you is sent).
These providers may be located outside your country. Transfers happen only as needed to provide the service, under the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Votes and reports are kept while the service runs, analysis request counters for up to 30 days and technical logs for up to 14 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object. In the app, Settings → Delete my data removes your votes, reports and "notify me" entries from the server and your preferences from the device. You can change ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy choices. For anything else, write to support@pundito.com.tr.
Age
Pundito is for ages 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
When we update this policy, the date above changes; important changes are announced in the app.
